Authentic, Timeless, Joy-filled

Photography for any and all love

These are the words that I would best use to describe my photography. I truly feel so blessed to be invited in to one of the biggest, most intimate days of a couple's lives. For many, a wedding day is the first time that all of their friends, family & loved ones will be in the same place at the same time - celebrating their love! Carefully capturing the full range of emotions on the wedding day is what I do best.

A bit about me...

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Ann, but you can call me Ellie!

My love for photography began when I was 14, but I never thought that I would make a career out of it until 2014 when I used my hobby to photograph a wedding for a family friend. After that day I decided that I was going to follow my passion and do what I love, and by summer of 2015 I was taking on my very first wedding clients as well as attending the MHCC Photography program. Now, five years later, I absolutely adore my job and am incredibly blessed to work in an industry filled with so much love!

Where are you based out of?

I live in beautiful Portland, OR! However, I travel all over Oregon and Washington for weddings & elopements. Most of my packages include complimentary travel milage ranging from 80-150 roundtrip mi. to/from both Portland & Seattle.

What is your shooting style?

Photojournalism meets fine art. I equally love to capture both the soft, beautiful details as well as all of the honest, joy-filled candids that happen throughout a wedding day. I typically hang back and capture the events as they naturally unfold, while moving and staging a few things when needed. I'm not here to direct the show or make your day something it isn't. It's your wedding, and I'm just here to capture it all. However, when it comes time for bridal party photos and family portraits, I give plenty of direction and step in to take control, making this time easy, smooth, and full of fun.

How long have you been shooting / what is your experience?

I photographed my first wedding in 2014, and have since transitioned into the industry full time as of 2018. I have been so fortunate to photograph over 65+ weddings around the west coast!
